I’m amazed at the fitness improvement I have achieved in the year I have been working out with Alicia. When I started with her, I was in decent shape running 15 miles a week but suffered excruciating back pain which interfered with my running and daily functioning. My hope was for Alicia to help improve my core strength and eliminate the back pain. Well, the pain went away in a short period of time but that was only the beginning. I have lost 2 inches from my waist line and for the first time ever I have definition in my arms and abs muscles. In short, I’m 54 years old and in the best physical condition of my life.
Alicia is a wonderful trainer and motivator. She encouraged me and kept me working out even when I had injuries that made me want to quit. I would never have accomplished this without her. Alicia, you’re the best!

After running my marathon, I tried to find a workout that gave me the results that running did but with less time involvement. I went from gym to gym, personal trainer to personal trainer. Finally I found the answer right in my own backyard. Literally! I started doing CrossFit with Alicia this summer. I saw results immediately. I am stronger now and have endurance like when I ran my marathon. Alicia is an awesome personal trainer. She is an excellent motivator and pushes you to a level you didn't know you could achieve. Now that I've found Alicia and CrossFit, I'm a fan for life!

" I’ve been doing CrossFit with Alicia since she started. For about 1 ½ years prior, I had lost a significant amount of weight by running, but I had hit a plateau. I actually gained some of the weight back because I was getting frustrated and bored. Then along came CrossFit. There is no boredom with these workout. They are non-stop, high-intensity, gut-busting workouts, but they only take 30 minutes.
Alicia is always there to push me. I’ve never been much of a workout freak or gym-rat but I want to go to these workouts. It is constant competition with myself to see if I can push a little further each time (without puking, of course!). I have lost all the weight I regained and more. I have actually started to go up in weight because of all the lean muscle I’m building. You can’t go wrong with Alicia. She is always there for you, pushing… I always remember this when I think the workout seems too hard…she does them too!"

"I have been working out on and off for several years. My workouts have consisted of treadmill, some weights, and elliptical. I have had personal trainers before. These workouts never seem to provide the results I've wanted. However, the CrossFit workout has been the workout that has provided the best and fastest results. Since I started working out with Alicia, CrossFitting, I have drop pant sizes by 1 1/2. I have more defined muscle tone and I feel great. Sure it's an intense 30 minutes but, its amazing how by telling myself I can do it, through positive self talk, I have been able to make it through the workouts and improve my time each session. "The words that come to mind when I try to explain CrossFit, is "WOW'. I have always worked out, either aerobics, step aerobics, Zumba, weight machines, elliptical machines and treadmills, and unfortunately you can't even compare these to the "CrossFit" workout. I would have to say that "CrossFit" has been the best workout that I have ever experienced. When I first started CrossFit, 3 1/2 months ago I couldn't even do a push up (man style), but after Alicia's dedication and the confidence that she has in her students, I can do as many as she tells me to now, within the 1/2 hour workout, of course.
