I started doing CrossFit with Alicia at the inception of her classes in the summer of 2008. It was the best workout in the least amount of time that I had ever done. It was amazing.. I was seeing results, but not as fast as I wanted. I noticed that my body was starting to tone up, but the weight loss just wasn't happening. In November I had some health issues and couldn't workout like I had been before and I was getting frustrated. By the time my health issues were resolved, it was mid-March and I hit rock bottom.
